Our History

In the early stage of enterprise development, we entered the global market with a low-carbon steel bearing model. At present, we are the largest and most stable supplier of high-carbon steel bearings and low-carbon steel bearings in China. According to the general market trend, we have successively developed chrome steel bearings, from ordinary chrome steel bearings to high-level (motor-level) chrome steel bearings.

Our Factory

At present, the number of workers in the carbon steel bearing factory has grown from 0 to more than 150, and the chrome steel bearing factory has grown from 0 to more than 200. The factory has its own blanking (stamping), grinding (grinding machine), assembly (manual and machine), pressing (plastic seal and iron seal), cleaning (oiling), inspection (stains, pressing and flexible rotation), warehouse And semi-automated packaging workshop.

It understands and learns the road traffic safety laws of various countries, port loading and unloading weight requirements and global VGM standards, and the different ways of port and warehouse management in various countries are all managed by the company’s logistics development department. The production department, the purchasing department, the material department and the international trade department are targeted to complete the overall provision and assistance. The space requirements and weight adjustments during the transportation of heavy cargo of bearings are all coordinated and arranged by the Logistics Development Department, so that the cargo can be loaded onto the ship as soon as possible. We will never delay the use of bearing cargo at the port of destination due to lost cargo, dumped cargo, customs inspection, dock loading and unloading, and container failure in loading and unloading in China.
